DINING WITH US & RESERVATION POLICY
Reservations
At Trigo Food + Drink, we take pride in being a boutique restaurant, offering an intimate dining atmosphere. To ensure that your visit with us is seamless and enjoyable, we do require a reservation be made in advance of your visit. Reservations are confirmed with a $25 per person credit card hold. This is not a pre-payment. The hold will be lifted at the time of your visit.
About Your Reservation
Upon reserving your table, please expect an immediate confirmation email as well as a follow-up 4-5 days before your reserved date. When you secure a reservation with us, your table is exclusively reserved for the entirety of your evening. We never double-book tables, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. In consideration of fellow diners and to provide exceptional guest service, we kindly request that you arrive at the restaurant promptly at your reserved time. This allows us to maintain a smooth and pleasurable dining atmosphere for everyone.
Dietary Accommodations
We want to ensure everyone has a safe and delicious visit at Trigo. For us to be successful at this, please notify us of any allergies or dietary preferences at least 7 days in advance of your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or amendments to your reservation may be made up to 48 hours in advance of your reservation with no charge. No shows, changes, or cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a $25 per person cancellation fee.

Service Gratuity
For parties of 8 or more, an 18% gratuity will automatically be applied to ensure our dedicated staff are recognized for their exceptional service.
